What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote

Your name, email address and any details you choose to give us: company, website, the service you are interested in, your message, budget, timeline and reference links. We also record the page you started on, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which of our marketing works.

When you apply for a job

Your name, email address, phone number if given, links to your portfolio or profiles, the experience and cover letter you write, and your CV. CVs are stored privately and can only be opened by staff authorised to handle recruitment.

Technical information

To prevent spam and abuse we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address with each submission. We do not store the address itself.

Cookies and similar technologies

We set one cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we load tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads. They are not loaded unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

The chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals (steps you asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business)
To consider you for a job you applied for (your consent, given with your application)
To measure and improve our website and marketing (your consent, given through the cookie banner)
To keep the website secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest)

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business — hosting, email delivery, file storage and, if you consent, analytics and advertising platforms — under agreements that limit how they may use it. Some of these providers process data outside your country; we choose providers that protect it appropriately.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quote requests: for as long as we have a business relationship or need them for our records, and then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
Job applications and CVs: deleted automatically 12 months after you apply.
Cookie choice: six months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Email contact@dreekkinnovation.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
